Rewards FAQ
You can join SafeFire Rewards by using the form on this page or at this link. You can also sign up by texting “START” to 253-294-9558 or by asking our team to enroll your account at your next visit.
Rewards members can view the available rewards within their wallet. Coupons and discounts do not need to be loaded to your account prior to use. To use your rewards points, ask the cashier apply the available rewards to your purchase.
Points are earned on all purchases in our range or store. Points are earned on a 1 point per dollar spent based on the pre-tax value of your order. Points earned in the range will only be attributed to the person who’s account is assigned as the first shooter in a group, unless the group utilizes multiple seperate orders and lane assignments.
Points accrued will expire in the order in which they are earned. Points expire 365 days after they are added to your account.
Unspent points within our legacy rewards system do not transfer to the new system. Users who opted in to our legacy loyalty program will be automatically enrolled in the new system. Points were retroactively added based on purchases made between the end of the legacy system and the setup of the new system.
Users have the option of utilizing points to redeem discounts available in our rewards store. Unlike our legacy system, users do not have to add the rewards to their accounts prior to use. Coupons which offer flat dollar discounts can be applied to all inventory excluding firearms.
