The OR/UT certificate of completion gets mailed to Oregon. Do not mail your certificate
of completion to Utah.

Yes. You must have your concealed license for the state that you reside in before sending for an out of state permit.

Utah: Once your form of payment has been cashed/charged, they now have 60 days to
respond from that point.

Oregon: Once they receive your paperwork, they will schedule you an interview via
email. Make sure to check your email spam folder. Timelines for Oregon vary depending on how many are being submitted.

Yes, $15.00 charge in order to do paperwork/prints/photos over again, as long as it has not been a year since your class date. Please give our range a call to schedule your replacement pickup time.
